We are looking for Event/Venue Coordinators and Site Crew to join the team for BIGSOUND 2026!
About you: You have work experience, skills, or qualifications in arts management, technical production, or events and festivals, and you bring a positive, collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach to your work. In particular, you have excellent time management and communication skills, and are able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. You're a team player and can communicate clearly and confidently with key stakeholders in venues and on site to ensure schedules run smoothly. You possess a general knowledge of sound equipment and stage setup, and can quickly familiarise yourself with the BIGSOUND program, venue details, festival processes, and emergency procedures.
