A brand new live music management tool has emerged on the market, a tech innovation first unveiled BIGSOUND 2017 that’s looking to change the way artists, agents and venues book shows.
Prysim connects artists and venues by providing an end to end gig management system. Put simply, venues create their profiles and fill in their gig opportunity calendar.
Artists can then search for available gigs and apply by utilising their profile as an Electronic Press Kit, including all the social media links, press photos and videos that a venue or festival would require to assess the artist application.
The platform even allows for multiple artists or venues to be run from the same account, making it an ideal tool for booking agents.
Prysim is set to continue its growth, having been accepted into Australia’s first Creative Start-Up Accelerator, Collider. The start-up’s founder Taran Croxton met collider fund advisor Shelli Trung along with other organisers of the accelerator at last year’s inaugural BIGSOUND Music Tech Showcase, where Trung was one of the program’s official mentors.
