Since his start at RCA in 1983, Marshall has gone on to work with and sign artists like Muse, James Blunt, Madonna, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pendulum, Kylie Minogue, Blondie and more, as well as founding labels Infectious and Contagious, directing major A&R departments, worked as an artist and producer, and has been MD of three major labels.

Now Mushroom’s International Director (Labels) where he plays an instrumental role in the partnership with Virgin Music to support Mushroom artists’ releases worldwide, the A&R legend joins BIGSOUND to give insight into his storied career.
