daste. are a duo from the Gold Coast Australia who make catchy indie-pop music with smooth
R&B/soul influences, crafting a sound that can be likened to a mix between LEISURE, Tora, Two Another
and Jungle.
Since forming in 2019 daste. have given us a variety of exceptional singles, two EPs with Palette (2019)
and Same As It Ever Was (2020), plus two albums with dusk&dawn (2021) and dasteWORLD (2025),
which together have amassed over 100 million streams on Spotify alone.
By March 2023, daste. had achieved one of their long-term goals of reaching 1 million monthly listeners
on Spotify, and by March 2024 they more than doubled that number reaching 2.5 million monthly
listeners.
They have supported the likes of Still Woozy, Tora, Sycco, Boo Seeka, Lastlings, Mickey Kojack &
FELIVAND, performed at a variety of events such as EMC Sydney (2019), Mountain Goat Crawl (2023),
Springtime (2023), Valley Fiesta (2024), SXSW Sydney (2024) and Cross The Tracks (UK - 2025), plus
embarked on headline tours across Australia, North America, United Kingdom and Europe.
In February 2025, daste. gave us their highly anticipation sophomore album dasteWORLD which has
been met with much praise from music fans and curators across the globe. They are currently touring
that album across North America, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia, and they’re not showing any
signs of slowing down anytime soon...
