Roydon Bangera is a seasoned veteran in the Indian media and entertainment industry with over 20 years of experience across A&R, music marketing, brand partnerships, and IP development. Having worked with Sony Music, Indigo Live, and Madness JAMS, he now serves as Chief Business Officer at SkillBox, driving partnerships with global brands including Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, Google, Netflix, and Disney. He also heads Level House, SkillBox's artist management arm, representing acclaimed Indian independents such as Parvaaz, Blackstratblues, and Raman Negi. SkillBox has established itself as India's leading international live music promoter, presenting artists like Dream Theater, Jacob Collier, and Steve Vai, with Australia playing a central role through partnerships with Glass Beams, Karnivool, Northlane, The Paper Kites, and Matthew Ifield. Roydon has represented India at Øya Festival in Norway and SXSW Sydney, and is a regular panelist at leading industry events in India.
