Chloe Melick is a creative strategist, talent consultant and storyteller with over two decades of experience across music, media, and entertainment in the UK, US, and Australia. She co-founded the award-winning London agency Inside Out, leading campaigns for globally recognised artists including Lily Allen, Lorde, Lady Gaga, Robyn and Kelis while also shaping the early careers of Olivia Dean, Beabadoobee and London Grammar. Now based in Australia, Chloe runs as ONE—a consultancy focused on talent management, strategy, and representation—supporting artists, brands, and cultural organisations. She works Headline Talent Booker for Sydney Mardi Gras and manages Ayesha Madon and Charlie Collins.
