Toni Janke

Toni Janke is a singer-songwriter of the Wuthathi, Yadhagana, and Meriam peoples of Cape York and the Torres Strait. Toni is the Chair of the Goolwal Goolwal Advisory Group, Board Member, Brisbane Powerhouse’s and Chair of the First Nations Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the National Indigenous Media Awards (NIMAs) Leadership Group and Lion's Indigenous Advisory Council. She runs her own consultancy as a coach/mentor. In 2024, she received an Australian Women in Music Award (AWMA). Toni is currently producing a show about her life and music, which will be performed in Brisbane in 2026.
