Singer, songwriter and bassist Harriette Pilbeam began recording and performing as Hatchie in 2017. Hatchie’s 2018 debut EP, 'Sugar & Spice', delivered swoony melodies, gauzy guitar tones and hypnotic layers of sound; while her debut album, 2019’s 'Keepsake', saw Pilbeam explore everything from industrial to new wave to dance-pop. Hatchie’s 2022 sophomore album, 'Giving the World Away', saw Pilbeam collaborate with world-renowned songwriters and producers, including Dan Nigro (Olivia Rodrigo, Chappell Roan) and Jorge Elbrecht (Sky Ferreira, Japanese Breakfast). Over the past eight years, Hatchie has toured globally, performed at some of the world’s leading festivals and supported numerous global acts.
