Rachel Kelly is General Manager, Publishing & Sync - Community Music, part of UNIFIED Music Group and founder of EQ Music Agency.
Rachel has held executive roles at major and independent publishers including Downtown Music, BMG Rights Management, J Albert & Son (Alberts) and Warner/Chappell Music.
In 2019 Rachel was named as a Billboard Power Player and served on the board for the Australasian Music Publishers’ Association.
More recently, Rachel has joined the fouinding board of directors for Volume Foundation, that aims to create a thriving ecosystem where emerging Australia creatives are supported, empowered and platformed to succeed on a global scale.
