Lachlan Goold

Dr Lachlan Goold is a recording engineer, producer, mixer, author, popular music educator, researcher and Senior Lecturer in Contemporary Music at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Better known as Australian music producer, Magoo, he is a two-time ARIA award-winning producer and engineer, having worked with an extensive list of Australian artists. Since 1990, he has worked on a wide range of albums from some of the country’s best-known artists, producing 39 Triple J Hot 100 entries, over 500 000 physical sales, 200 million streams and achieved multiple Gold and Platinum awards.
