Rachel fell in love with music from both sides of the stage — first as a songwriter and performer, and later behind the scenes. After studying popular music, production and engineering at the Queensland Conservatorium, she began her career in Brisbane before moving into roles with Bluesfest, Universal’s Virgin Music Group and Sony Music. Now Senior Director of Marketing, North America, and Asia Pacific General Manager at Dirty Hit, home to The 1975, Beabadoobee, Jack Antonoff, The Japanese House and Saya Gray. Rachel leads global marketing initiatives with over a decade of experience in artist development, strategy and international market growth.
