Chris Akavi has been instrumental in booking the lineup for Live Nation's inaugural country festival, Strummingbird with the team at KICKS, in addition to his role as a promoter/talent buyer for Live Nation Australasia, specialising in country music. He works with artists like Chris Stapleton, Tyler Childers, and Red Clay Strays, collaborating with global agents and managers to secure tours across Australian and New Zealand venues. Relocating to Australia in 2020, he’s passionate about bridging the gap between country music and mainstream genres.
