When the pandemic stalled live events, Vicky launched the Creative Connectors podcast, giving festival visionaries worldwide a platform to share stories, strategies and resilience. Today she champions initiatives that intertwine creativity with environmental care including rewashable crockery, inclusive ticketing and deep collaboration with the Yorta Yorta community, ensuring Strawberry Fields equally uplifts patrons, Country and the local community.
